Phase-gradient CsPbBr3 perovskite structure (ФизикА.СПб)
We introduce a strategy to develop multiphase structure based on inorganic lead halide perovskites CsPbBr3. A key principle of this strategy lies in the generation of subwavelength temperature gradients using a thermoplasmic metasurface. Raman spectroscopy has been used to determine the impact of thermal gradients on phase distribution inside a perovskite crystal. We show that such gradients lead to perovskite multiphase structure.
